I visited for two concerts, a return trip affirming its value. the metro access from anywhere in the city made exploring easy. the staff's friendliness really made a difference. Ken especially was so helpful. i'll be back often. Especially with so many concerts on my calendar. the location was convenient. there were cafes nearby. a lidl for quick needs.
the breakfast, while included, had some minor issues like a toaster that barely worked.

The lobby is spacious and inviting. I found a free water fountain which was helpful. Public transport is very close making city access easy.
I noticed the walls seemed thin. I could hear conversations from the adjacent room. This made sleeping a little difficult.

The hotel's proximity to public transport was convenient. A metro station was only a short walk. A grocery store nearby made it easy to purchase necessities! The room was clean, and the housekeeping service kept it tidy daily. I found the staff to be very friendly.
The window in my room could not be fully opened, limiting fresh air circulation. It bothered me slightly, but it was manageable.

the room lacked proper air conditioning, a major problem. the temperature reached uncomfortable levels. additionally, i found the breakfast to be quite basic. there was not enough variety, and the quality could have been better.

I stayed for a concert in september 2024. the hotel is accessible by metro from all parts of the city. I found it very convenient. the staff were very friendly and spoke english fluently.
